On the 09 February 2023, the National Statistics Office published the Residential Property Transactions for January 2023.
The number of final deeds of sale and promise of sale agreements relating to residential property amounted to 1,097 and 921 during January 2023, registering an annual rate of change of -4.5 per cent and 38.9 per cent, respectively. In January, Gozo registered a total of 185 deeds. When it comes to the number of promise of sale agreements, Gozo registered a total of 109.
