The Gozo Business Chamber recently collaborated with Ms DeNeen K. Attard, CEO of the Attard Leadership Academy (USA), on a Women in Leadership Round Table Discussion held at the Chamber’s offices in Victoria, Gozo. The workshop was in fact held on the 12 December 2025.
The session provided an engaging platform for discussion on leadership, communication, confidence, and personal development, bringing together professionals and women in leadership or aspiring leadership roles. Through open dialogue and shared experiences, participants explored the challenges and opportunities faced by women leaders in today’s professional environment.
The Gozo Business Chamber was represented during the discussion by Council Members Ms Josianne Cutajar, Ms Alda Bugeja, and Ms Marie Grech, who actively participated and contributed to the exchange of perspectives.
This initiative forms part of the Chamber’s ongoing commitment to supporting leadership development, inclusivity, and meaningful dialogue within the Gozitan business and professional community. The Chamber remains committed to facilitating initiatives that encourage personal growth, professional development, and collaboration among its members.
The Gozo Business Chamber thanks Ms DeNeen K. Attard and all participants for contributing to the success of this event.
