On the 12th January 2023, the National Statistics Office published the Residential Property Transactions for Q4 for 2022
The number of final deeds of sale and promise of sale agreements relating to residential property amounted to 1,003 and 1,002 during December 2022, registering an annual rate of change of -28.8 per cent and -55.9 per cent respectively. In the fourth quarter of 2022, once again Gozo registered the highest numbers of final deeds of sale, a total of 600 deeds. When it comes to the highest number of promise of sale agreements, Gozo registered the second highest percentage, with a total of 416 promised sale agreements in Q4.
