On Saturday 22 April Daniel Borg and Jan Luca Gatt delivered a presentation on Industry in Gozo to a group of students following the study unit on ‘Island Tourism’ as part of their undergraduate course within the Institute for Tourism, Travel and Culture at the University of Malta. The presentation was held at the University of Malta Gozo Centre.
Daniel Borg spoke about the role of the Gozo Business Chamber and also the initiatives the Chamber is undertaking in line with its vision for a more sustainable and digital economy which would create further economic opportunities on the island. Jan Luca Gatt delivered a presentation on Gozo’s economic niches and present tourism trends and developments.
