Michael Galea, Vice President of the Gozo Business Chamber, intervened during the conference ‘Perceptions or reality? Which skills are employers missing?’ organised by MCAST. He highlighted how jobs for life have finished, and how the education system and industry need to gear up to face these new realities. He commented on the need to focus on soft skills in our education system. He also highlighted the difficulties faced by the private sector in Gozo as regards human capital.
