On Friday, 11th October 2024, the Gozo Business Chamber successfully hosted an event focused on the importance of project management in the construction industry. This vital topic was explored through a series of presentations and a panel discussion, highlighting how structured project management can enhance efficiency and quality across all stages of construction.

Project management in construction plays a crucial role in coordinating clients, professionals, contractors, and end users to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved. The event emphasized the six essential stages of construction project management: planning, design, preconstruction, procurement, construction, and post-construction​.
