Join us for an insightful event focused on the critical role of project management in the construction industry. The main objective of this event is to promote skill development and enhance industry standards in the Gozitan construction sector. The session will in fact explore the six key stages of construction project management, from planning and development through to post-construction, emphasizing the importance of a well-structured approach in ensuring successful project delivery.
This event is organized in collaboration with the Malta Chamber of Construction Management, the Gozo Regional Development Authority, the Chamber of Engineers, the Assoċjazzjoni Bennejja u Kuntratturi, Bank of Valletta, and Europe Direct Gozo.
Key speakers will provide an overview of the construction sector and discuss the pivotal role project managers play in completing projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved. A panel discussion featuring industry experts will follow, offering further insights into the topic.
This event is open to all and will be conducted in Maltese. Registration is free.
