On Saturday, 29 November 2025, the Gozo Business Chamber, in collaboration with Europe Direct Gozo, successfully organised the seminar “Mill-Kura għall-Prevenzjoni – Għarfien, u strateġiji ta’ prevenzjoni; għal Saħħa Mentali Aħjar.”
The event brought together members of the Gozitan community for an engaging and evidence-based discussion focusing on burnout, stress, and holistic mental wellbeing. The session was led by Dr Nicholas Briffa, who provided an insightful overview of burnout symptoms, early warning signs, and practical approaches to self-care across the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions.
This initiative forms part of the Chamber’s continued commitment to supporting the wellbeing of the local community, not only through economic and business-focused projects, but also through awareness-raising activities that reinforce resilience and a healthier work–life balance. Through Europe Direct Gozo, hosted by the Chamber, we remain dedicated to fostering informed dialogue and providing reliable information on issues that affect everyday life.
