In an article entitled ‘A Digital and Green Roadmap for the Island of Gozo’, published in the first issue of ‘Perspettivi’, a publication of the Gozo Regional Development Authority, Daniel Borg, CEO of the Chamber, examines the potential and the possibilities of the digital and green economy for the island of Gozo. The article outlines key considerations at a policy and an institutional level, including also some proposed actions that would be conducive for the setting up of the digital and green economy on the island. Daniel Borg concludes that the digital and green economy hold considerable potential for the island of Gozo. Nonetheless certain policy lessons from past initiatives need to be taken into consideration.
